Property Manager for Maternity Cover - Oxford

We are seeking a full time experienced Residential Property Manager to work as part of a busy residential lettings team until August 2010. The role requires the candidate to oversee the management of let residential properties including regular inspections, dealing with all types of maintenance enquiries and liaising with landlords and tenants as appropriate. A knowledge of property maintenance and assured shorthold tenancy law is helpful.

Environmental Planning Consultant - Energy Team, Harrogate

Property Administrator
We are looking for an enthusiastic and self motivated individual to manage, update and report from our property management database.  The successful candidate will be well presented, highly organised, have excellent communication skills and a natural aptitude for numbers.

Accounts Assistant
This is a fixed term opportunity for an initial 9 month period with the possibility of a permanent appointment being made after the initial period.  You will be an enthusiastic self motivator with solid accountancy experience, ideally with TBS TRAMPS knowledge.  The candidate will be a good communicator and well organised.

Candidates for both roles must have 5 GCSE’s A-C, including Maths and English, or equivalent.

PA/Administrator for Maternity Cover - Cambridge

We are seeking an experienced PA to the Head of the Commercial Division/administrator to other members of the Commercial team within our busy Cambridge office.

The post holder will be responsible for administrative support, which will include typing, the preparation of documents, call handling, electronic diary management, arranging & co-ordinating meetings & functions as well as general office duties.

The successful candidate will be well presented, articulate, highly organised and have excellent communication skills, as well as being proficient with Microsoft systems and with the ability to deal with industry databases.
