The skills of our teams are only as good as their knowledge of the subject and we know that training makes them some of the best in the country. That’s why we place strong emphasis on training our graduates, both in-house and externally.
As soon as you start working for us you will be enrolled in our first class training programme, including intensive two-day training workshops where you will interact and learn with graduates from all divisions within the firm. Realistic and targeted training is provided at these events, from time management to mock APC interviews.
We are accredited Investors in People and our success rate in helping graduates to qualify as Chartered Surveyors is enviable. That sets them on the right course in a firm that offers a clear career structure.

Claire has over 18 years HR experience, and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. With an MSc in Organisational Psychology, Claire has worked as an HR Generalist, primarily within Telecommunications and Engineering, moving to the property sector with Dreweatt Neate in 2002. Claire is responsible for all HR operations within Carter Jonas, and works with the senior executive team to ensure that the firm's people strategies, HR initiatives, and training and development all align with business objectives and make Carter Jonas an employer of choice.
