Philip is a Partner, based in Northampton, who advises clients on all aspects of rural property, including strategic estate and asset management, sales and purchases, valuations, diversification and development opportunities and compulsory purchase.  He has specific and detailed knowledge of these sectors throughout the Midlands and acts for a wide range of private and institutional clients.  Philip's interests when away from the office revolve around horses, hounds and his family's life-long support for the Leicester Tigers.  He is at his happiest when crossing his native Leicestershire countryside at pace on a horse, or watching the action in the more comfortable surroundings at Welford Road, or Cheltenham.

Phillip is a Partner based in Marlborough and heads up the firm's specialist Country House Solutions Team.  His areas of expertise are rural estate management, the valuation and surveying of country houses in southern England and expert witness work.  He is a qualified RICS APC Assessor and is actively involved in the firm’s rural graduate recruitment and training program.  His three children have  followed in their father’s footsteps and are all surveyors.  His hobbies include bridge, playing cricket, golf and classical music.

Andrew is an Associate, based in Shrewsbury and specialises in estate management for private and corporate clients, including providing advice on landlord and tenant matters, diversification, estate re-organisation, development, rent reviews, agricultural and residential lettings and sales.  Andrew brings a fresh approach to rural asset management, from establishing successful farm diversification schemes to converting redundant nuclear bunkers!  Andrew is part of our graduate training team, is a licenced APC Assessor and sits on the RICS Rural Professional Board. Outside of work he is a Senior Officer within St John Ambulance and a qualified Emergency Ambulance Attendant.
