Much of our training and development is provided in-house and includes a wide variety of topics such as Management Development, Sales Negotiation, Customer Care, Presentation Skills, Time Management, Assertiveness Skills and Basic Accounting Skills. Whilst all of these count towards Continuous Professional Development (CPD) hours, we also organise regular CPD Seminars.
Included in our support for ongoing learning and development for all staff, we also support further education from NVQs through to MBAs.
To encourage our people to reach their full potential and ensure their continuous improvement on performance, we have an annual Personal Performance Appraisal (PPA) with the line manager. This includes a Personal Development Plan to support the both the firm's business objectives and the individual's career aspirations.
