Graduate Scheme

Our Graduate Training Programme is aligned with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors Assessment of Professional Competence, to enable to you to qualify as a Chartered Surveyor. The firm has a 98% APC pass rate. 

In addition to structured training linked to the progress of your APC, the firm will pay for the following:

  • APC registration fee
  • APC final assessment fee
  • Up to £500 towards suitable course fees
  • Registration of the candidate's certificate or diploma with RICS
  • Generous Study Leave

Dreweatt Neate holds regular graduate seminars and networking events, which are run by internal specialists and guest speakers. All training and development is strongly aligned to your chosen APC competencies.
